Terms of service

GoCarSale is owned and operated by Grewalz Automation LLC. These terms explain how the marketplace works and what we expect from buyers and sellers.

1) Marketplace model (listings only)

  • No payments on-platform: GoCarSale does not process payments for vehicle purchases.
  • Off-platform transactions: Any sale is between the buyer and seller, arranged independently.
  • Verification is your responsibility: Inspect the vehicle, verify documents, and follow local laws for transfer and registration.
Tip: Meet in a public place, avoid wire transfers, and consider a third-party inspection.

2) Accounts & eligibility

  • You are responsible for activity on your account and keeping your credentials secure.
  • You must provide accurate information (including for listings, contact details, and messages).
  • You must comply with applicable laws and regulations in your region.

3) Listings & content standards

  • Listings must be truthful, not misleading, and represent a vehicle you are authorized to sell.
  • Do not post illegal content, scams, harassment, or deceptive pricing/availability.
  • Photos, videos, and 3D models must be yours or used with permission.

4) Trust, safety & moderation

We use a combination of user reports and automated signals to keep the marketplace safe. We may remove listings, limit features, or suspend accounts that violate our policies.

  • Policy enforcement: We may take action on content we believe is fraudulent, unsafe, or abusive.
  • Availability: Features may change over time as we improve safety and usability.

5) Ads & affiliate links

GoCarSale is ads-supported. Some links may be affiliate links and may earn us a commission. We label sponsored placements where they appear.

  • The service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
  • We do not guarantee that listings are accurate, complete, or that a transaction will occur.
  • You are responsible for performing due diligence before any purchase or sale.
